Outpatient Consultations & Referrals: When you or your doctor notice changes in your kidney health, getting timely expert care is essential. Once a referral is made to Advanced Kidney Care NC, our team evaluates your latest lab work and medical history to schedule your visit. We actively monitor patient acuity to ensure that individuals needing urgent medical attention receive prompt, priority openings.

Hospitals
Hospital & ICU Patient Care: If you are admitted to the hospital and require a nephrology evaluation, your attending medical team will contact us directly. Our physicians will manage your kidney health throughout your hospital stay—overseeing acute conditions, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), or inpatient hemodialysis. Upon discharge, we establish immediate follow-up appointments at our clinic to ensure a safe, smooth transition home.

Dialysis units
We provide comprehensive, hands-on care directly at your dialysis center. Our physicians visit and evaluate patients multiple times each month during scheduled treatment sessions—eliminating the need for extra office visits. Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, we oversee your hemodialysis treatments, review monthly lab work, and manage your overall renal health in a convenient, supportive environment.
